• Manchester City and OKX announced an expansion of their partnership, making OKX the club’s official sleeve partner for a multi-year agreement.

Expansion of Partnership between Manchester City & OKX

Manchester City and OKX – one of the leading crypto exchanges by trading volume and a leading Web 3.0 technology company – today announced OKX as the club’s official sleeve partner in a new multi-year agreement. As part of the expanded deal, the OKX brand will feature on the left sleeve of both the men’s and women’s first team playing kits and will retain its position on the left sleeve of the first team training kits – in addition to appearing across further digital and physical club assets.

Previous Partnership Between Manchester City & OKX

OKX’s partnership with Manchester City began in March 2022, first expanding in July 2022 to become the club’s official training kit partner for the 2022/23 season. To date, this partnership has helped introduce millions of football fans around world to OKX through innovative Web 3.0 experiences like their “OKX Collective” which allows fans to get up close with players such as Jack Grealish & Alex Greenwood.

Unveiling Event at Etihad Stadium

The partnership expansion was unveiled at an exclusive reveal at Etihad Stadium featuring Ferran Soriano (CEO Of City Football Group) & Haider Rafique (CMO Of OKX). The event also featured Gaël Clichy who took part in a media Q&A moderated by Natalie Pike (Manchester City presenter). During this session both Soriano & Rafique spoke about how they visioned reaching ‘City’ fans around world through this newfound partnership as well as exploring how web 3.0 technology can be used for fan engagement when designing immersive experiences for them .
